So why did you stop being a believer? It seems that it was not ‘temptation’ but rather so sort of need for logical or intellectual ‘proof’, of God. In other words, your brain got in the way. You are the reincarnation of Dr. Faustus and you want ‘knowledge’ and fame more than morality. Beware such a bargain with satan. . God thinks that his creation speaks for itself. He doesn’t feel a need to prove himself to us mere mortals.
