No one forced Africans to sell Africans into slavery either and yet it happened. Do you have any other "point"?

No, my point is made. Whites of the civilized world had the same morals as the Africans. Colonists burned women alive.

One might even say slavery is an historic norm. Kudos to White Americans for ending it.

Blacks in Haiti freed themselves in a war that lasted from 08/21/1791-01/01/1804

White Americans were late to the issue.

What a nice spot you sit in here in the 21st century judging the past through such a silly lens.

It is not a silly lens. We analyze the past specifically to prevent us from repeating errors. Slavery is wrong. Africans fought it on the African continent, Africans fought on ships during the Middle Passage. Enslaved people engaged in rebellions in the colonies and the United States.

I do not want people like you anywhere near teaching my children.
