In reference to the discussion about the testimony of Dr. Tobin, Chaix accuses Tobin of committing a lie of omission (he had accused Chief Arradondo of committing perjury by omission earlier) because Tobin does not volunteer information about Floyd's obvious breathing issues and possible medical issues before he was put on the ground. Tobin had stated in testimony that he had reviewed all of the body cam videos for hundreds of hours and had apparently come to his conclusions based on the final minutes of the body cam videos. Now Chaix accuses him of perjury because he did not volunteer information that neither the defense or prosecution asked him about.
I find it interesting that Chaix now blames Tobin for not talking about Floyd's claims he was in distress as evidence the officers did not cause his death, while both he and Collin in the early part of this video said that Floyd was just "running game" and making false claims about breathing in an effort to exonerate police officers for not rendering medical assistance. Not a couple minutes later after prompting by John McWohrter, Chaix again makes the claim that Floyd was "running game" and lying about his breathing issues.
I don't think you can have it both ways here. Whether or not Floyd was "running game", he did in fact end up dead.
