The Black female in the picture was Emily Perez a West Point graduate in 2005. She died in Iraq in 2006. She was the first African American female to die in that war.
No exceptions to the rule of law. If it's no affirmative action for college or for jobs, then ditto for West Point. America needs to get with the program of re-establishing civilian control over the military, which includes the intelligence agencies and the military-industrial complex, like Boeing Corporation.
