The ugly aspects of 'Apardheid' come to mind, if police profiling is based on racial profiling without specificity. Police on the look out for suspects of a stipulated racial group, must apply common sense. Apartheid, in the form of racial group policing, could solve the accusations of profiling but does reek of racial divisions. Most whites would prefer to stay away from policing blacks to avoid accusations. Blacks policing wites, is not an issue. It is a problem, because of ignoramises. I say let blacks police blacks.

And once again, racial profiling is presumed to mean whites profiling blacks. Can it be the other way around? Yes, it can. And what about Hispanics and Asians? Do they not exist? Why are they never included in the consideration, one way or the other?

Racism won't begin to end until the questions and the questioners stop being racist.
