Here I distinguish between the roots of racial disparities and the “atmosphere” that politicizes them. It should be clear by now that the roots have to do with early education and child-rearing—that’s what we ought to be focusing on. You are so eager to pathologize the Black community that you simply cannot address the gross incompetence of the Trump administration. This is truly sad.
Agree completely; if the powers that be desire equity in outcomes fine - just leave that practice to the non-professional non-STEM jobs.
Otherwise you create the exact outcome no one wanted - unqualified folks in critical jobs.
