And yet, Democratic policy and messaging conveys, in the eyes of many critics, a profoundly patronizing attitude toward the very people that are so central to its election strategy. I've said for years that if anyone treated me like progressives treat blacks, I'd kick them where it hurts most. The condescending, superiority attitude of many progressives is disgusting.
Arrogance and Condescension stem from pride, which dems have too much of. I like the fact that Erec is libertarian-ish (as I do not know his official status). I believe the ideal human would be part conservative, liberal and Objectivist/Libertarian. What percentage of each category is up for debate. Please, fellow Republicans - observe the state of corruption among Democrats. Such could also become our fate if we give in to extremism in the opposite direction.
