The poverty rate was 55% in 1959 and 17% today in the Black community. Byron Donalds statement about the “good time” represented by Jim Crow is insane. All he had to say was the Black marriage rate was increasing.
Under the influence of Black leadership, Democrats have shifted. Val Demings was a police chief. Kamala Harris was a DA and AG. Eric Holder, Cory Booker, and Loretta Lynch worked on police reform. Gun violence is a top issue, but Republicans block bills on gun safety.
No rational person trusts Republicans with issues involving race. For Republicans, every Black person who disagrees with their worldview is a DEI hire.
We witnessed DEI hire Kamala Harris kick the behind of Donald Trump on Tuesday. Republicans as opposition is the best gift Black people could receive. Trump says Haitians are abducting and eating pets. Conservatives are a joke.

Reading the comments by Robert Redd reminds me why the USA is in decline. He is the type of jaundiced activist that is a black racist. He thinks that he is highly intelligent. Redd has a HUGE CHIP on his shoulder and suffers from the Dunning Kruger Effect. He is the type of uninformed hypocrite that still thinks that "stand up don't shoot" actually happened. The United States is a great country. The only reason it would decline is if society decides to put felons and dictators in charge of important institutions. For example, a society could chose to elect a person who says they will be a dictator. That person would also refuse to accept the results of a fair election. Such a person might be told that 60 lawsuits either had no standard or failed to meet a legal standard and still be a Presidential nominee.
