John and I have been saying for a while now that the racial politics of 2020 seem to be losing steam. Black Lives Matter has a fraction of the influence it did just a few years ago, the Students for Fair Admissions decision laid bare the hypocrisies of DEI for all to see, Ibram X. Kendi and Robin DiAngelo are each mired in the their own scandals, and Kamala Harris’s history as a prosecutor is now seen by many Democratic voters as a feature not a bug. In this clip, John and I talk about this new shift in the country’s politics.

The wheels might be turning but it's guaranteed someone will come up with a new and improved set of excuses.
I subscribed in an attempt to understand Conservative POVs. What I often find is a very limited outlook. One gets the impression that most Blacks are living in Hell from the posts on this website. The poverty rate was 55% in 1959 and 17% today in the Black community. Byron Donalds statement about the “good time” represented by Jim Crow is insane. All he had to say was the Black marriage rate was increasing.
Under the influence of Black leadership, Democrats have shifted. Val Demings was a police chief. Kamala Harris was a DA and AG. Eric Holder, Cory Booker, and Loretta Lynch worked on police reform. Gun violence is a top issue, but Republicans block bills on gun safety.
No rational person trusts Republicans with issues involving race. For Republicans, every Black person who disagrees with their worldview is a DEI hire.
We witnessed DEI hire Kamala Harris kick the behind of Donald Trump on Tuesday. Republicans as opposition is the best gift Black people could receive. Trump says Haitians are abducting and eating pets. Conservatives are a joke.
BTW, while Conservatives focus on DiAngelo and Kendi, they rarely come up in discussion groups.
I’m amused.
Edit to add:
Republicans present Diamond & Silk as examples of Black perfection
Hershel Walker and Mark Robinson are suitable candidates for public office
Kamala Harris is DEI
Katanji Brown Jackson is DEI
Marjorie Taylor Greene gets a seat on the Homeland Security Committee
Donald Trump travels with Laura Loomer as an advisor
Children are slaughtered in school. Republicans offer “thoughts and prayers”
A bipartisan immigration bill is rejected by Republicans
Trump’s tariff economic plan is a joke.
Republicans have “concept plans” for healthcare
The Republican solution to education: Prager University and shuttering the Department of Education
Pregnant women can die of sepsis because Republicans/Conservatives think you can murder a baby
No one takes Republicans/current Conservatives seriously. We are as tired of you as you are of us!
